How can I refund my order?
Contact our customer service and let the team proceed. The refund period could be up to your payment method when placed the order.

How long for the refund period?
Credit Card (2c2p) 7-30 business days
Debit Card 15-45 business days
Bank transfer / Counter Service (123 service) 7-14 business days
COD 7-14 business days
Cash 7-14 business days

Note: Refunds will be issued through the payment channel that the customer made a purchase and the refund process will begin counting from the day the warehouse receives and verifies the returned order.
